What we collect
When you send the quote form we receive what you type: your name, email, phone number if you give it, ZIP code (or city), court type, whether it's a new court or a resurface, design summary and picture, timeline and notes. If you check the calls-and-texts box we also record that consent, the time, and the version of the consent text you saw. With the request we also receive where your visit started: the first page you opened, the website that sent you, if any, and any campaign tags in that link.
How we use it
We use your information to answer your request, prepare an estimate and talk with you about your court. We call or text only if you gave consent, and you can withdraw it at any time by replying STOP or emailing us.
Where your request goes
When you send the quote form, your request is emailed to the owners through our email service, Resend, and added to a spreadsheet in the owners' Google account. Those services handle it only to deliver and keep it for us.
What we don't do
We don't sell your information.
On your device
The court designer saves your design in the page address and its picture in this browser tab, so back and refresh keep them. This tab also notes where your visit started. We don't save any of it until you send a quote request. We use no tracking cookies, so there is no cookie banner.
Your choices
Email either owner to see, correct or delete the information you sent, or with any question about privacy.
